Are you Moist Enough? A good question from Nuffnang Vaseline's blog competition.
Well,I can tell you know, my skin condition is dry and dehydrated since secondary school.
I study, drive and sleep in air-conditioned environment. This worsen my skin conditions. My knees, ankle, elbow, heels and fingers are very dry. Sometimes it gets chapped, flaky and itchy. Sometimes scratching my skin and I can see it leaves few lines.Addition on, the whether in Malysia is so hot and dry. Or after doing lots of washing and cleaning my hands feel so dry and rough. :(
I feel a little bit shy to shake hand with people because my hand so dry and rough...ewww~ Dry skin let people look old and get older very fast. Some people say you can roughly guess someone age by looking at their hands. That is so scary and so shy.OMG! I am worried that soon my hands will have lots of wrinkles. I don’t want to look like an old lady while I am still a teenage.I don’t want to look like old lady! Hmm...
Anyway why is moisture important for your skin?Skin is after all the biggest part of your body and should therefore be the most important part too. I'm sure all people should know this and people have different ways of getting "moist skin" themselves , included myself.
